We are a Black-woman owned consultancy, founded by Stacie (Smith) Mizzi. A metro Detroit native, Stacie’s experience spans finance to beauty, at institutions like Morgan Stanley, Viacom, and Procter & Gamble, giving her a strong general management breadth. With experience on Olay, SheaMoisture, Dial, and The Lip Bar, Stacie is known for using a unique blend of creativity and analytics to develop innovative strategies that win the hearts and minds of consumers. A true entrepreneur, her hair tools & accessories brand, Well Tressed, has been featured in Seventeen and New Beauty, and is loved by FabFitFun subscribers. Stacie uses her unicorn experience of leading $25K to $500M brands with the right skill and prowess and passion needed to win at each stage of business.  

Stacie is the co-author of Harvard Business School case study, Beyoncé. Always staying sharp, Stacie completed The Wharton School’s Digital Marketing Certificate program. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA).
